Return policy
Before returning any products, please be sure to review the following policies regarding Returns/Exchanges/Refunds.
Return Policy
We offer a 30 day Return Policy, meaning if you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund the purchase price (minus shipping costs) to the original payment method once we have inspected the returned merchandise.
Conditions for Returns:
- All merchandise must be returned and in our possession within the 30 days from which you made your purchase.
- Items must be returned in NEW condition and must include all tags and stickers.
- Returned items cannot be laundered, worn, damaged or used in anyway. They must also be free from pet hair, human hair, and odors (including smoke, perfume, or cologne) to be eligible for return. Any items not meeting these conditions may be returned to you at your expense.
- Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded.
- We cannot accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds from any items purchased through our Pit Side Experience Kiosk or any 3rd party distributors.
- We do not accept returns on customized or personalized merchandise.
- We will not accept any COD's for returned items.
- AB Motorsports is not responsible for lost or stolen returns. Please send your return through a trackable shipping method. (UPS,FedEx,USPS, etc.,)
Exchanges: To exchange an item, we recommend returning the item and making a separate purchase for the new item(s).
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your item(s) upon receiving them. If it is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact Customer Support immediately merch@antronbrown.com Subject: Damaged Merchandise Order. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds: Typically, refunds are processed within 5 business days after we have After we receive the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your return within 2-3 days. How to Initiate a Return:
To begin the return process, contact Customer Support merch@antronbrown.com Subject: Return Request Order. Send us an email with your name (name on order), order number, purchase date, and the reason for your return. Please do not just send us your return without notification. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed. We will then send a return email with instructions for your return.
Refunds: Once we get your return, it takes about 5-7 business days for us to inspect and process the item(s). Refunds will be issued once it is approved. We’ll email you once it’s all set!
Note: Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved the return, contact us at merch@antronbrown.com.

Return Shipping Instructions:
- Inside the return package please include your name (name on the order), a proof of purchase, and order number with date order was placed. The return request email is also acceptable.
- Securely package the item back in the shipping box or appropriate envelope and return it back to us. We recommend shipping it using a trackable shipping method (UPS,FedEx, etc.,) to obtain a tracking number to confirm delivery, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
